The new Laravel-based platform allows users to browse, register, and pay for events while accessing event details and receiving automated confirmations and reminders.

With support for single and recurring events, dynamic capacity management, waitlists, and walk-in registrations; the platform centralizes event operations while improving administrative efficiency across departments.

Built for flexibility and scale, the platform was developed as a custom, extensible framework, that provides a strong foundation for future enhancements, additional functionality, and expanded integrations as UCHealth’s needs continue to evolve.
